Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Elevate XIX website, customer portal and booking system.
1. About these terms
This site and the booking software it provides are operated by Elevate XIX, an indoor baseball training facility. By creating an account, booking training or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. License to use the software
Elevate XIX grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the website and customer portal for the purpose of managing your own account, participants and bookings. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, and you may not use it to interfere with its operation or with other users.
3. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate contact and participant information, and to keep it current. If you add a participant who is a minor, you confirm that you are that participant's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorized to act on their behalf.
4. Bookings
A booking is a request for a specific time, resource and service. Bookings are subject to availability, facility hours and confirmation by Elevate XIX. Prices shown at the time of booking, including any affiliation-based rates you qualify for, are the prices that apply to that booking. Elevate XIX may cancel or reschedule a booking when necessary — for example for facility, staffing or safety reasons — and will contact you when that happens.
5. Payment
Depending on the service, payment may be collected at the facility or online. Where a card payment is offered, it is processed by our payment provider; Elevate XIX records only the status and reference information for the transaction. Cancellation, rescheduling and credit handling follow the policies communicated to you at the time of booking and by Elevate XIX staff. Nothing on this page creates a refund guarantee beyond those policies.
6. Facility conduct and safety
Baseball training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. Participants and guests must follow posted facility rules, equipment instructions and staff direction at all times. Elevate XIX may refuse or end access for conduct that is unsafe or disruptive.
7. Availability of the service
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate XIX is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the facility and its services evolve. The version published on this page is the current one. Questions about these terms, your account or a booking can be directed to Elevate XIX staff. See also our Privacy Policy.
